Your agent has a question. It’s calling.

When your coding agent gets stuck, it calls your phone. Answer in one sentence, hear it read back, and it’s back to work.

Reviews written by our callers, about you. Call logs are illustrative.

Questions people asked before hanging up.

Will it call me at 3 a.m.?

Only if you let it. Set quiet hours on your contact and a call inside them never goes out — your agent gets a clear “quiet hours” result and can wait, try someone else, or leave you a note for the morning.

What happens if I do not pick up?

Nothing is charged. Unanswered, busy, and failed-before-answer calls are never billed as call-minutes. Your agent gets a clear no-answer result instead of a decision, so it can wait, try another contact, or stop and leave you a note. Nothing gets decided on your behalf.

How long does a call take?

Most are under two minutes: one question, one answer, one read-back. A conversation can run up to ten minutes, which leaves room to hand the agent a task and hear the result on the same call.

Can it call an international number?

Yes, on Pro and Team. Free is limited to US and Canadian destinations while per-country dial-out rates are still being finalised. International minutes bill at the same overage rate as everything else on your plan.

How is my phone number protected?

Your number is stored for dialling and nothing else. The website only ever renders a masked version of it, the calling agent never receives it, and install instructions never contain it. Only you can verify it and only you can accept the call terms for it.

What does the voice agent know about my project?

Only what your coding agent chose to send with the escalation: a short subject, the context it wrote, the question, and any options. It has no access to your repository, logs, tickets, or history, and it says so plainly rather than guessing.

Can I stop the call?

Any time. Say you would rather not, or that it is the wrong number, and it apologises briefly and ends without pressure. Your agent can also cancel an escalation that is still pending.

What does it cost, and what if I run out of minutes?

Free covers your first call plus three more calls and nine call-minutes. Pro and Team include a monthly allowance with a hard cap switched on by default, so calls stop and your agent gets a clear quota result instead of you getting a surprise invoice. Metered overage is opt-in.

How long do you keep the transcript?

Full transcripts are stored separately from the compact answer, secret-redacted before they are written, and kept only for your workspace’s retention window. The answer your agent acts on does not include them.
